As a key player in our sales force, you’ll help deliver innovative CAD software and expert consulting services to our clients. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prospect and generate leads among both existing and potential customers to uncover new opportunities.
  • Sales Execution: Identify, progress, forecast, and close sales for software products within your named accounts.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customer Partnership: Be a proactive, detail-oriented thinker who partners closely with customers.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Sales Manager to drive lead generation initiatives.
  • CRM Management: Utilize and manage all deal aspects within a CRM system.
  • Product Expertise: Obtain relevant certifications in Dassault or applicable vendor products.

ABOUT YOU:

  • A desire to grow internal and external customer relationships and be part of a flexible, family culture.
  • 2-3 years of full-time sales experience, including lead generation/prospecting experience.
  • Strong independent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding collaboration working with other sales team members to be able to share overall success of department.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

  • Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS or other CAD software.
  • Track Record of Success with Lead Generation AND Closing of Business.
  • A challenger mentality focused on solutions-based sales.
  • CRM Experience, specifically HubSpot.
