Its housing and load-bearing structure consist of modern and temperature-resistant carbon fiber. Special construction solutions reduce vibrations, and exchangeable, easy-to-clean dustproof filter protects the interior of the device. The system can be additionally equipped with a set of exchangeable lenses, allowing a customer to change the scanning volume and adapt to different dimensions or complexity of scanning details. MICRON3D green stereo 20-20 Mpix is a top-notch model of a 3D scanner dedicated for industry with the highest measuring resolution available on the market – 20 Mpix. This allows for capturing the smallest details of scanned parts - the large ones, as well as objects even smaller than 1 mm. MICRON3D green stereo scanner is delivered with stable tripod, positioning markers for flat objects, and a transportation case. The set also includes dedicated SMARTTECH3Dmeasure software for controlling the scanner and processing data. It offers such features, among others, as measuring volume and surface area of the object. It also has a feature of comparing a CAD model to the physical part, and displaying map of deviations directly on the object for visualizing its deformations. It`s user friendly application that allows for full automation of the scanning process.
